Buying an Engagement Ring Shouldn’t Feel Like a Test
For most people this is the biggest, most personal purchase they have ever made, and the first time they have ever bought jewellery properly. It is normal to walk in not knowing where to start, what a carat actually looks like on a hand, or what you should be spending.
You do not need to know any of that before you come in. You do not need a design, a diamond, or a fixed budget. You just need an hour with someone who will listen first and sell second.
Our whole job is to take the worry out of it. That is what we are for.

We are a small family business with an award-winning showroom and our own workshop, so your design is created onsite by our own jewellers.
You handpick your own gemstone. We source options to your brief and lay them in front of you. You compare them in person, in daylight, on the hand, and you pick the one.
One roof, one team. Your ring is designed, made, set and finished here in Tunbridge Wells. It never leaves our care and it never goes down a production line.
The same faces from start to finish. The person you meet at your first consultation is the person who is still there when you collect the ring, and you will meet the jeweller who made it.
We work to your budget, not to a price list. Bespoke starts from around £2,000 and we build the ring around what you are comfortable spending. 0% APR finance is available over up to 24 months. Subject to status. Terms apply.
How It Works, From First Conversation to the Day You Collect

Your free consultation
Sit down with us at The Pantiles. Bring photos, ideas, screenshots, or nothing at all. We ask questions, you try rings on, and you get a feel for shapes, sizes and stones in real life rather than on a screen.

Your design
We sketch your ring and create a CAD render, a 3D computer image of exactly what you are getting, so there are no surprises. We adjust it until you are happy.

Choosing your diamond
Natural or lab-grown, diamond or coloured gemstone. Your dedicated design consultant helps you pick a stone within your budget, and explains the differences honestly so you understand what you are paying for.

Made at our bench
Our onsite jewellers will create your ring. You are welcome to visit and see the workshop.
V
Collection and lifetime care
We size your ring, fit it, and talk you through wearing it. Then we clean and polish it for you, for life.
We will agree your timings at your consultation, and we plan around your proposal or wedding date.

Yes. Resetting heirloom stones and remodelling inherited rings is something we do a lot of, and we will always look at repairing or reusing before suggesting anything new.
